Who Am I?

Certified coach and trainer in emotional intelligence, leadership, relational communication and career development, I have worked for over 15 years in international environments where the demands leave no room for ambiguity.

I saw a simple reality there: it's not strategies alone that make the difference. It's relationships. The framework. Clarity. The way you speak, listen, decide, and get people on board.

That's precisely where I come in.
